“I called many storage facilities from Kingwood to Cleveland and I'm so glad that I chose 321 Mini Storage because this is one of the best storage facilities I've ever dealt with.
The staff is very nice and the place is kept clean. Having 24/7 gate access is the best thing to have especially when you have a busy life. The place is well lit at night and very quiet. So far I haven't had any issues. The rates are affordable and worth every penny.
Oh yeah and when we hard a flash flood, my storage in Houston had water in it BUT this storage DID NOT! The only downside to this storage is that it is a challenge getting a large storage shed because they are always full and if the office isn't open then there is no restroom which is useful when you have kids moving with you. Other than that this is a great facility.
Either way, I've recommended this exact storage facility to others because of their rates, the size of the storage, professionalism, 24/7 gate access, and cleanliness. Keep doing what you do! Thank you...”
