Had a plumbing emergency that forced me to run to the store. I live right in the area and always forget this location is here, but tonight we recieved the best help I have ever gotten from any store like this from a hero named Rob!

We called yesterday asking about a low to the ground feeder, said they had it for 200 dollars, get there paid for it they don't even sell them anymore and tried to sell us one for 400. It was pathetic. We went someone else and got what we needed, so I will not go back there. Stand behind your word.

If you go before 8am you cannot get help,has happened several times to point of being sick of it!!! Usually there once week,nobody will help you in yard employees are always loading trucks and ignore customers,this morning two customers loading on stuff and I loaded mine because tired of sitting in line to be constantly drove by with no assistance!!!!,?

My contractor recommended in using Mccoys to buy everything for my new house we are building from the ground up. I was sent to the commercial sales office to get some information on Special order windows and doors.After standing there for 10 minutes an employee, Cherri walked in to her office without asking if I had been helped.When I tried to get her attention, I heard slamming and walked up to me and asked How can I help you..I proceeded to ask her about getting information on windows and doors and she said “ Ma’am I am extremely busy right now, Ill try my best I can to help you but, the girls up front are more than capable to help you out with this information as well.”I just told her I was sorry for bothering her and walked away. Such a shame to have employees like that, that put a bad name on the store.

Was at store yesterday looking for Sheetrock tape, mud, and tools. Employees around but absolutely no customer service what so ever. For now on will go down the street to the smaller lumber, hardware store, great customer service.
