Bought a 2023 GMC 3500 Service truck, it has 24000 miles on it and broke down due to a known transmission valve body issue on all the Allison 10 speed Transmission. Took it too the nearest dealership to have repaired and was told that it could be 10 months before they have a part. Decided to stop by Martin Chevy from where we bought it and was told by the Parts and Service department that they will just get a new transmission to bypass time lead issues. We arranged to have truck towed to Martin from Moumental in Pasadena. A week Later I stopped in to get a update and told that they do not have a update yet. I asked about the Transmission route that they originally told me they would do and at this time they claimed they nevered made that statement. Went and talked with the service manager and stated they will never tell me this information. So basically told me that I made this up. Beware of lies from the service department and false promises. Ken at Fleet Sales is a Great person and we wish we could keep doing business with them but Martin Needs to back there products they sale and not expect a small business to have to go out of our way to rent trucks on our own dime to keep us running when we paid for a so called premium Fleet truck.

Sales did a great job, especially Edna. Great communication and sense of urgency when I was on a short timeline. Service did well the second time around, the first time they didn't actually drive the truck and diagnose the issue correctly, they just relied on the machines to tell them everything was working correctly. Second time, I took James for a test drive and we came to realization the Auto-Stop feature wasn't working correctly. I'm rather disappointed in GM in general, they sent trucks out with known issues or didn't take the time to make sure they did enough testing to find out these issues before sending trucks out to be sold. Depending on how long the auto high beam fault and auto stop feature are fixed will determine if I buy another one in the future for myself or one of my kids, both of whom were really excited when I brought mine home. GM, you sold me a truck and put mpg on the window the truck is unable to achieve without having the air conditioner completely off. I invite you to drive in Houston between April and September with no AC, it's not fun at all

Worst scammers lol .. they thought they had me and thought they were going to make a scam sale. Edna, with a name like that I would assume you had integrity. I told her I had equity in my trade in. Did she listen ? Nope. Wasted my time by asking for all my personal information , did not want to acknowledge my prequalified letter , and wanted me to have put more down when I did not HAVE TO!! Anyone that does wrong by me NEVER prosper! Good luck Edna! And Martin Chevy… count your damn DAYS!!!

I would like to thank Martin Chevrolet, our Finance Manager J.C. Phillips, and our Salesman Justin Allen. I ordered a 2024 Chevy Equinox EV for my wife. They made the whole ordering process seamless. When the vehicle arrived we were notified immediately. This was the best new car purchase my wife and I had ever experienced. Highly recommend!

I drove and hour and half one way for one particular vehicle. Was hoping to be driving home that day. Did not happen. They lowballed me on the price of my trade in. And they would not negotiate or come down on the asking price of the new vehicle. I have never heard of a dealership not working with you on trade in price or negotiation price. Will never deal with this dealership and won’t recommend
