Have never had a long wait in the commercial or ATM lane. I make appointments online, and have never been kept waiting. The bankers have always been super nice, going above and beyond.
It’s sad to read the negative reviews of folks who, for example, had to wait 7 minutes in the drive through, and run to leave one star. If you want to experience a bad time at a bank, go into Houston. Then you’ll recognize how nice this branch is. ☺️”
