Very disappointed in Jennie she was the one in charged of filling my taxes. I got ripped off they charged me 1,500 to do my company taxes. Paid them In June and they never filled my taxes. I had to follow up with them In August to see why I never received my forms to sign. Jeanette Advised me the system was rebooting. I guess it was rebooting for 2 months and they just failed to communicate that with me. But then she gave me another reason why they didn’t fill my taxes. First they stated I would owe the government and all
Of a sudden I was getting a refund . There was to many discrepancies I decided to tell her not file my taxes. I request a refund and she has not replied. Also she never calls you I texted her multiple times advised her to call me. She would just text me back never called me. So frustrating. She over charged me and still calculated my AGI wrong. Never coming here again

Felt welcomed. Jennie was very helpful while in office. They are no longer printing your return information and we were told that we receive link via email to access our documents. Never received link and my husband and I have texted and emailed, but never get a response. We explained that our daughter needed text information for FAFSA. While sitting in office Jennie would tell me that my phone beeping was just her, but never told us that link was sent via text. After no response from Jennie I went to look at what was texted to fill out review and there is a link that of course now has expired. Never did she say check your text for link. It’s very frustrating to not receive any follow up now going on four days later UPDATE: finally received email. Amounts of refund different than what was told to us. My husband went by office and she told him that she had to amend the copy and that she used our previous signature to approve it. We were never notified. My husband asked if can get receipt of what we would owe and again she said unable to print, but she said $400 something threw her hands up in the air and then said she would call him. Word to the wise ask to check screen of what she has you signing.

Go here if you wanna get ripped.off and jerked around. We filed in 2023 with Jenny the owner. When we did 2023s return we agreed to come back thr next week to do the two years returns we hadn't filed⁴ she could take all 3 years fees out the 23 return. A long story short they dodged and ignored me for the next 9 months once i finally got ahold.of someone they promised to do the back years the following wednesday. Made three different appointments they stood me up each time. When I finally caught up to Jenny it was already another month passed and time to file 2024. She took those fees out if my 24 return and didn't tell me I had to find out when I got the return. When asked she tried to tell me the fees went up. I was charged more than triple to file this year as the prior year. Odd coincidentally it just happens to be the same amount to file thisbyear as it was for all 3 years last year.

Do not get your taxes done here unless you want to be lied to and stolen from. They are con artist! And will tell you what you want to hear so they can get most of your money without you knowing. Save yourself from these people!

Worst place to do taxes. Did my taxes in April with these people and never received them. They did not even process my paper work to the IRS. They never answer my phone calls and when they do they say that their system is down that they will call me back. Stay back away from these people.

Just moved to this area a month ago. So I was a little worried about doing taxes in a different state. Mrs Jenny put my mind at ease. She was very professional and personable. I will continue to use this company as long as I live here.
