The products they use are very cheap and dirty my nails never stay on more then a week, they also went up on their prices $35 for JUST a refill when other place charge that for a full set. Never going back!!!!!

Had manicure and pedicure. Lady who worked on me just was not friendly. I tried to open conversation but no go. Left her tip but won't next time, or could give bigger tip if more friendly. Customer service goes a long way in my book!

Went in today, and the man rushed my deluxe pedicure. Was literally done in 20 minutes. My polish is uneven, he didn't offer me options the way my friend was offered. My experience was pretty dismal. The only thing that saved the entire experience was the woman doing my friends services. She was wonderful and took her time.

Don’t go there . The people was nice but they do a horrible job. I got a full set of acrylic nails. First off the acrylic is all off and my nails are not straight. I left in tears with messed up nails and $40 for the messed up nails.

I think I got the deluxe pedicure. It includes sugar scrub, oils, hot towel wrap, paraffin wax and hot rock message. They give a time for the serve which is nice. Sometimes time budgets are tighter than financial ones, so I find that helpful. This pedicure was $55 and 50 minutes, but I think he spent more time than that. I got a basic manicure, nothing fancy but he did a great job.

I want to share my experiences, I have always came here for my pedi and manicure. The quality of service has changed. They don’t understand anything you ask them to do . I was wanting a pedi and my nails done as I walked in I told them what I wanted and then as they started on my pedi then they didn’t have time for my nails.They would have told me instead of waiting untilMy feet are in the water I would have went somewhere else. Bottom line I want be back . Poor customer service!!
