This is truly sad my son got supplies from them when they were J&B medical then they sold to inhealth then inhealth sold it to baytown medical. No one knows where my sons supplies will come from and he's completely disabled and is tube fed with 2 days of supplies left and he is over due. They were never about the patients needs. We went to the buisness in Cleveland, tx and were told we would have a supervisor call within 24 hours 5 days ago and have not heard anything. The company that bought out baytown medical no longer supplies my son and we were never informed and never received a letter at all informing us of the change.

After 6 months of work I finally have supplies. The only way I was able to get ahold of a real person was to select the "billing" option in the menu. This is an issue that the company needs to address. Only one person in the company was finally able to get the issues resolved, some of which were related to new insurance requirements so not totally the company's fault. I was asked if I would update my previous review. I will say that the one company service rep was diligent in getting to the bottom of the issues and she has assured me she will monitor it longer to make sure we do not have the same issue again. Overall I am satisfied with the product but the company needs to make the menu more user friendly and allow for an option to actually talk with a person.

This is the first negative review I’ve ever given, but I’m done trying to deal with this business when their are plenty other ones that respectful and helpful. They are mostly interested in getting insurance money than trying to do what is best for the patient, causing you to wait for weeks at a time. This happened twice. Rude. I’ll use another med supply from now on.

3 weeks and counting, for them to pull their head out their a** to get my wife her wheel chair. Keep saying they are waiting on the Dr.scrip. I have seen a copy of the fax that the Dr. Sent over on the second day. Do not do business with them. They don't even deserve 1 star.

We have been dealing with this store for about 7 years. The only reason we still use them is because they are the only place in Cleveland to get the supplies we need. They are the rudest bunch of women i have ever encountered in a place of business. I would rather drive to Houston for supplies than deal with them one more time. And I will be driving somewhere else from now on.

I needed to ask a simple question. being that I've never visited this place before, I asked the lady at the front desk if I could ask a quick question, and she rudely said " I'm helping that lady over there (pointed out said lady), and have a seat". Since it didnt clearly say where to drop my script off at, that's all I wanted to know and I wouldve patiently waited. There was no need for her rudeness.* Will update this after she actually helps me, and see how that goes. First impression was terrible.** After speaking with her I had a better experience. Maybe there should be a sign that says have a seat and we will be with you momentarily, just a suggestion.***Update 6/22: I was supposed to hear back from them later on that day about what I'd be paying out of pocket. It has been two weeks and counting
