Kathy Sanders of Cleveland Texas HR Block is the best tax preparer. She not only knows what she's doing but she cares. She worked hard to help me get back what I was owed when I had mistakes on my taxes from 2022 from another preparer. I didn't get my money because I was audited and the other preparer put the wrong address. So because I didn't reply the IRS was trying to take away my taxes and had me owing them. Kathy went above and beyond to get me what I deserved back. Thank you Kathy. ?

Was fast and accurate. Had last years tax to compare. Very friendly. Helps explain new tax rules than I can't understand by myself. I feel safe with the piece of mind offer .
