Not very nice people went up here to order a big amount of money in parts and I asked the guy to lend me a wrench to tighten my terminal really quick and they said no so i wonder how do they service thier machines I'm still purchasing from this place and still couldnt let me borrow a wrench it was just going to take me a few seconds but it's good this will be the only time I'll purchase from here rather buy online parts or somewhere else

Update: Went in for help..., but because it wasn't "their brand", the guy was rude. Basically told me it was my fault I had issues because I didn't buy from them. Not helpful.

The owner is fine but the parts grouch has the same bad attitude as all the ones from the last 20 years there. I was hoping for better. I walked out and ordered my parts online for half the price. Sad. I bought 2 gravelys and chain saws. Try to buy local and pay more and they act like your a bother.
