we had a tire blow out on the freeway and lucky for us, Frankie answered and came to our rescue to help us.. his nephew Ray did an amazing job and fixed the problem then we were on our way! it was a blessing!! I recommend this company to EVERYONE!!! thank you Ray and Frankie!

FaithFamilyFootball, not sure what happened in your situation but this place was well above and beyond most that I've dealt with the past 7 yrs doing OTR Long Haul, Loves across the street was going to charge me $250 more and I would have to wait 3-4 hrs. I just so happen to walk across the street but it was almost 9 and they were closing, but the young man said "Well what's the problem and we proceeded to go look at the wheel on my semi trailer rear outside driverside had caught the lip in a tight Uturn down here in Texas ( iykyk ) 18 wheelers are allowed but tight, so my wheel was damaged and tire was still good, so Ray Vargas the man working whom had just finished another job as I was waiting, he said give me 10minutes to finish with this customer and I will take care of you! So for $200 this man replaced my aluminum wheel with a steel wheel practically new changed the tire from one to the other and even took my inside wheel off and put the steel one on inside so the aluminum wheel would be outside. Took him 35 mins and I was back on the road !!! Great respectful man, btw he's only 18 and all I can say his parents have to be very proud of him or rather the individuals who have raised this guy up , did a great job and I truly salute you!!! So I highly recommend F&G Tire Repair to any and all in the Cleveland, Texas area , great lil company with Big Heart! Thank you again Ray Vargas!

Unfortunately he never showed up or answered his phone after he told me he would check to see if he had my tire size very unprofessional

Had the valve stem of an old 13.6x28 tractor tire tube go bad and start leaking. Found Frankie's shop on third or fourth pass of searches on Google but am very glad I did. Contacted him on a Friday afternoon and by Saturday he had a replacement tube ready to be installed, waited at his location across from Love's Travel Stop in Cleveland past what I'm sure was his normal Saturday closing time without complaint, and had the tube replaced in less than 15 minutes using only a tire hammer, soapy water and two tire spoons with nary a ding on the rim. He's done that job a time or two and it shows. He and his right hand man were courteous and made quick work of putting that new tube in.

Mr. Frankie is an honest, hard working and efficient business owner of F & G TIRE REPAIR. I had a blowout east of Cleveland last night and when I contacted his service has answered for one, second he told me the amount upfront, thirdly he showed up in the timely manner. He and his young man assist where respectful of a myself with my Autistic son needing to get tire changed so we can return home in a timely manner. He was very helpful in offering to help my family ranching business out all along Hwy 105 from Montgomery, TX to Beaumont, TX. I travel this road a lot alone or with my son in our ranching business' in Louisiana and Texas pulling loaded trailer with horses, cattle or equipment. He gave me business cards which I intend to place in our 6 trucks that travel this route often for his future business.More importantly my family that helps us out will have his contact also for roadside assistance. My husband asked how did I find this guy. I found him searching in my phone on the side of the road last night. I am overly pleased, in this world we live in today, there are guys like Frankie that are doing a great service 24/7 out on our sometimes dangerous roads. Thank you again Mr. Frankie and your young man for helping myself and family last night. I am sharing your cards with all my family and friends from one small business owner to another. Do not hesitate to call F&G Tire repair. I had a blow out on a fifth wheel and within 30 minutes I was back on the road. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Called after hours for a chassis blow out on trailer was very quick to get to me and swap tires out and get me back on the road definitely would recommend if your in the area

We had just gotten on the highway south of Livingston towing our 5th wheel when a tire blew. Called our Roadside Assistance and they lined up F & G to come out. Said they would be there in half an hour, maybe 45 minutes and they had the exact right tire to replace the blowout.The technician was there in 20 minutes - surprise! We got the 5er jacked up and he got to work.Most excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. We were back on the road in a little over half an hour from his arrival!I hope to never need them again - and at the same time I heartily recommend them without hesitation!

We were stuck on hwy 190 between Woodville and Livingston with our grandkids. No one nearby was open or could not help. This nice gentleman and his wife left their dinner and came all the way from Cleveland to help us. He came better prepared than you would see in a brick and mortar shop. He was done in about a half an hour and we were back on the road. Well worth every penny. He’s now in our phone for any future issues. Hopefully next time we won’t be an hour and a half from him or home when we need help.

We blew a trailer tire on our way from Houston back to Southern Illinois and we gave the guys a call. They had what we needed and had us back on the road in less than an hour. Hard workers and they did a damn good job. We appreciate their service!
