“I was shocked to see all the bad reviews I can't speak a whole lot on the pharmacy end but all the cashier's and store employees are very nice always happy ,smiling and helpful always. I want to say something to people who are always leaving bad reviews everywhere they go and don't get what they want as quickly as they would like. Everyone deserves the same service as you. It takes a lot of time to verify insurance I have recently learned and if there is only 1 patient a day that needs I prior authorization it can all by itself cause a hour and a half delay. Trust me it sucks for anyone having to wait but be grateful you can go home and come back later and your not the phone on the phone fighting for the patient. And maybe you have never needed a prior authorization but one day you might and I hope that they work as hard as they do for everyone else for you”
