I have an older expedition and I went in to the part department to get a part number for 2 small item. The gentleman refused to give me part number saying it wasn’t right for me to get part number from them and purchase the part somewhere else. They wanted to charge $6 for 1 plastic clip each when I could order a whole pack for $6.

Tired of this parts department doesn’t want to give a part number out so we can fix our vehicles. Last 3 vehicles I’ve purchased have been from Martins in Cleveland great customer service there

Unfortunately they did not stand by the warranty they sold. Pretty dissapointing. I will not be a repeat customer and would not recommend to others. The "forever warranty" was enticing but the service was lackluster.

I brought my GT500 CFTP here for some warranty work since everyone has nothing but good things to say about their tech, Jason. He communicated with me the whole time they had the vehicle. It's always great knowing your car is in good hands when dropped off at a dealership. Thank you Ms. Misty in service for waiting after hours for letting me come grab my car. 100% would go here again.

***** Update/Upgrade ***** Thank you Demontrond! I turned to Yelp to express our dissatisfaction, hoping to reach management. Soon after, my husband received a call from the General Manager expressing his concern and desire to ensure things were made right. He followed through on his promise and this issue was promptly resolved. Although things didn't start off as they should have, we appreciate Demontrond Management for listening and doing everything needed to fix the issue. We are enjoying our truck, we are glad we made the purchase at this location, and we would gladly recommend this dealership to other prospective buyers now that we know superior service and customer loyalty is Demontrond's top priority. ***** Previous 1-Star Review Below ***** I don't see very many reviews for this business so I am not sure how much this will mean to the management staff at DeMontrond, but I wanted it to be known that we aren't satisfied on our last visit. Are we happy with the preowned vehicle we purchased, YES. It's exactly what my husband wanted. Do we appreciate the sales person (you know who you are) withholding the fact there was only 1 key fob until after we signed the contract, NO. When we confronted him about it, he made excuses, was condescending, and unprofessional. We left very unhappy and he didn't care. He said he spoke with "management" and there was nothing they could do for us because they already "gave" us as much discount as they could to fit our budget. This was appalling, considering we paid what the vehicle was advertised and didn't receive any "gifts" or "discounts". We will solve this by going to another dealership and paying $350-$400 for a second key fob and we'll be fine. But we won't be back to this dealership to do any business. Deceptive selling is no way to build customer loyalty or a good reputation. Try transparency.

I absolutely love this dealership they all have a huge heart and are always there for the customer!! The service department is top notch! The cashier lady is the best!! If you are sick of how all the big dealers treat you take the trip you’ll be glad you did!!!! And they have a life time warranty!!!!!

I was emailing Jodie Richardson and we explained to her that we wanted to trade in our 2019 Kia Stinger and possibly get a Ford Explorer ST. We told her we had no down payment and we wanted to keep the monthly payments around what we're paying now , she said the manager has something for us an to come by. We got there and the person that called us to have an appointment wasn't available and so we had some guy that didn't even introduce himself. He was rude and we got there and they were trying to show us a car we didn't even want. An the car we did want to look at they couldn't find the keys for over 10 minutes. I told the guy the same thing that Jodie said the manager looked at our credits and said he could have something for us but once we got to talking about monthly payments they were asking for over a grand. Nothing compared to what I told Jodie we wanted . So it was a waste of our time and gas just to be low balled on our appraisal. We're being offered 42000-46500 for our vehicle but they only offered $39000. Just overall rude folks there and bull crap just to get you in the door.
