I have been doing business with these guys ever since they opened, and I have always been very happy with them. They run a good business, have great customer service, and they are very thoughtful and helpful. I won’t go anywhere else. On another note, I read some of the reviews, and all I can say is some people will never be happy. I can also say this review is not fake. I am a real customer, writing this review of my own accord and I haven’t gotten any free DVD’s for my review! These people aren’t like that. Anyway I really like this business and will continue to do business with them in the future. They deserve more than 5 stars.

I stopped in to visit Cleveland pawn today and was promptly greeted at the door. I was searching for a Stihl chainsaw and found a gem . I received a nice discount as well. Very nice staff and a wide selection of merchandise.

excellent customer service . they conduct business with in fair reasoning , professionally and do the most ... they've helped me out from time to time . I am appreciative about it .I've been using this pawn store since they opened several years back from day 1 . when their shelves were empty . it is a great place to find quality tools and equipment or accessories. nice jewelry and some really nice fire arms

Very friendly service with fair offers and prices. Local owners and not the big corporate pawn shops. Great place to pick up a last minute gift before Christmas or if you need to make room selling items without being lowballed. A++

Went here to wait for a buddy of mine (BEFORE WE EVEN PAWNED ANYTHING) to meet us here so we can work out something to pawn because he owed my buddy some money ... in the time of waiting I was asked questions and was kicked out in a very unprofessional way. ("NOPE, NOT DOING IT. GOODBYE!) I tried to explain my situation but they didn't care nor did they want to. You are better off going to American pawn
