Alex is a crook! My parents went in there because they were unable to make and receive calls and texts. He told them they needed to pay their phone bill (which is a lie because it's due Aug 7th). After they told him no he told them in order to get their 5G service back they needed to upgrade their phones to be able to send and receive calls and text. Ummmm sorry Alex but you told them that 3 months ago therefore their phone are only 3 months old! So I called boost mobile and within 25 minutes both cell phones were fixed and a complaint was filed. Becareful if you decided to use this establishment, I do highly recommend driving alittle further to another boost mobile store!

Went to get account number because I get no service in my house so I could switch to T-Mobile and keep my phone number and the man refused to give it to me. Told me to go unlock it at T-Mobile and come back. Why would I do that I don’t get service in my house with boost mobile!

They have the new company tower which is AT&T and it is working super fast in cleveland. Finally found a company that works in cleveland texas. Good customer service I am going back sure.
