I had to put my sweet baby down yesterday, and the vet and entire staff was so good to her and to me. It's never easy saying goodbye to a family member but they made it a little easier.

I went in on 9/10/24 so last Tuesday and they treated me and our french bulldog very nice. However They miss- diagnosed my dog and did not give him the right medicine. Which ended up causing more problem to his eye. I want to add I went there cause I couldn’t get in anywhere else at the time and my dog had something extremely wrong with his eye. I came home yesterday to my dog almost blind. I took him to our primary vet this morning and they where not happy I was given the wrong medicine and wasn’t explained what was really wrong with his eye. If I wouldn’t have taken him to our normal vet this morning my dog would have been blind in a few days. I would have much rather heard I don’t have the right medicine for you at this time please reach out to such and such facility till you can get into your vet then given the wrong medicine for my dog.

They have great customer service skills and great with our dog. As a Senior Citizen I would like to get package discount deals there for office visits to include all the yearly shots, etc.

Absolutely AMAZING vet office!! I brought my dog yoshi in today on a ER visit because he seemed to be having a seizure.. a stroke or something like that. This was his first time..
The lady at the counter first met me with such care & clarity at what I’d be looking at price wise.. as soon as I gave her the go ahead, she walked to my car to grab him and rushed him to the back right away. They seemed to be working with limited resources and yet still, they exceeded every expectation!
The doctor (i unfortunately didn’t get her name but she was a young blonde lady) very efficient! She was so thorough, got down on the floor with us with his chart and explained everything in a way we could understand… her assistant (I wanna say she said her name was Megan) She was so friendly.. they were all so comforting and just had amazing team work! Very personable. The lady Carrie worked at the counter near the end checking me out and she and the doctor chatted with me and made me feel at home.. cheered me up with a few jokes… just a friendly, homey, safe and comforting environment. I felt my dog was in great hands and he was! Pricing is ofc always expensive at vets but the way they walked me through every step in the pricing and did their best to keep me within a budget… if I could give them 10 stars, I would! Thanks big thicket! Glad you guys were available on a whim for my boy today! The only one available in Cleveland on a Wednesday.. God bless you guys! Btw, he is doing much better now and back to his normal self! ?
