Experience mechanics makes all the difference, and that they have. They fix my vehicle where three other shops couldn't.Highly recommended.

WARNING ⚠️ NEW OWNER ⚠️I drove my truck to Allen’s garage for repair after having a wreck that caused some front-end damage. After offering services to fix a coolant reservoir and busted AC ($225), it was recommended that I first take my truck to a specialty shop to fix a tweak in the frame before repairs could be completed. While seeking frame-repair services, Donald (new owner) told me that he suspects that I have a blown head gasket, and asked if I wanted to have that work done—this seemed strange, and I declined.Instead, I asked and received permission from Donald to sell the truck from his lot. When I returned with an interested buyer, the truck was torn apart…The potential buyer and his friend were both mechanics, and they both questioned Donald about the state of the vehicle—as the missing parts were clearly removed without a professional touch and even unnecessary. (See pics)Donald claimed that a new employee tore it apart without his instruction. He agreed that he would have it put back together within weeks. That began what turned into 10 months of promises to have it fixed “next week”.I never even received a single call back—only apologies and promises when I called. In our last phone call (today), I demanded payment from him. He said he could not pay, so I offered to accept payments…He refused.I said I would have to take legal action. He, then threatened to charge me “storage fees”.My truck is still in pieces…Seeking legal action. He just called me back and asked for two more weeks to repair…4/17/2023 UPDATE: Have still not even received a phone call.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I am a female who has to trust in the professionalism and integrity of the people I do business with. With that being said. I will never do business here. The owner has no integrity and the way the business is being conducted under this new management is shameful.

I don’t recommend this place since the new owner took over. They let a new employee tear our truck apart and then never fixed it. We drove it there after a collision, but it is no longer drivable. We are having to seek legal action.

Had a friend of mines truck and basically in an attempt to steal the vehicle. This place is untrustworthy and I wouldn't let them work on my kids bicycle!

My mother is a widowed senior citizen on a fixed income. But that doesn't matter to one of the major auto dealer's here in Cleveland. Don't want to say who, but they're one of the big boys.My mother purchased a vehicle from them and takes it there to be serviced like clockwork. Anyway, she began having trouble with her car and took it to their service department to find out what could be the problem. Where they proceeded to tell her there are 2 sensors that need to be replaced. And this would cost around $450.00, and that was just going to be "the beginning". She was also told there was more that needed to be done and that it would possibly cost around $7,000.00! She told them that she needed some time to think about it, and she left.My mother was deeply upset, she just doesn't have the means to pay those kind of repair costs. And she spent several days trying to figure out what she was going to do. That's when I suggested that she take her vehicle to Allen's Garage. I had taken a vehicle of mine there to be repaired several years ago, and was very pleased with the experience. She called them and told them that she was having a problem with her car, and they said bring it on in. So we took it to them, and left it, not knowing how long it would be or how much it would cost. My mom was still worried. She needs her car, but she can't pay a huge repair bill. The next day, someone from Allen's Garage called my mother and told her that her car was all fixed and the bill was only around $200 dollars! Needless to say, my mother was totally relieved and very happy.I understand that times are tough for everyone, even for businesses. And that these auto dealer's repair shops have got to make business for themselves, but come on. This was ridiculous.Anyway, we are very very pleased with the service we received from Allen's Garage. They're going to take care of your vehicle and you won't feel like you got completely taken for a fool. I will be taking my vehicle to them in the future and I highly recommend you do as well.
