The unit was very clean and mostly dust free but that can't be helped. I did have a little petrified friend in there but I just swept him out. The person I text with was super helpful and answered any questions that I had very promptly.

Chase is great for starters. Very kind and prompt when needing info or have any problems. I would definitely store here again in the future. Not a bad price range for some nice well kept units.

So far this storage facility has been phenomenal they were able to accommodate all of my requests and even gave me a great rate at a 50% discount for being a first time renter. So far so good as of this point in our journey together I highly recommend this storage facility
