Shopped here before, nothing special just decent service. Today, while waiting on hip surgery, I go in to get a few items, mostly at the back of the store. Not a single available battery scooter was working. No assistance. Have to walk. Use a cart then to support me while I walk. At the cash register I get $20 in cash for the laundromat knowing it'll be a single bill. Problem comes in that customer service can't break it into smaller bills, neither can the "money" services, or two separate cash registers, before they tell me it's store policy not to give change.
Travel across the street to Kroger to get change and have my choice of the check out register or customer service window where I get customer service with a smile.
The only reason I went to Walmart was I needed some hardware and a few groceries. The time they chewed up, I could have hit Kroger, Lowe's, and O'Reilly and got my change from any of them
Good bye Walmart. I won't put a dent in your revenue, but others who see your bad service will go elsewhere too.

Never go there. It takes allot to get me into that God forsaken store . What they stand for is plumb evil if you ask me. Closed down to many family businesses. And this is nothing but what I think which really means nothing to any one but me ?

DONT BUY THE BATTERIES
100%, Completely incompetent automotive department
TLDR: took over an hour and 4 employees to diagnose a battery was bad.
Had to take in my 2nd failed everstart battery within a year (different batteries on different vehicles) only to be told by the 80 year old lady behind the counter that the battery was basically 90% and just needed to be charged to be topped off. I had already done my own testing and attempt to charge so I knew this wasn't the case. I know they can't just go off my word, but what is infuriating is that I sat there for over an hour only to be told that the battery was no good. Shocker. Point being, there is either equipment not working, or the staff ar just genuinely lost. It took 4 different employees to get this figured out.

Out of a lot of things, will have to go to more than one store. Some of the workers are really helpful, but not all.

It’s a Walmart, it is what you’d expect. Stocked shelves, nice employees, just avoid "nap" time and Sundays after 12!
