Went on Friday at 6 to see about purchasing a new phone. Hours everywhere state open until 7 PM and that’s clearly not the case cause at 6:15 doors were locked, lights on, stood outside for about 10 minutes no answer and called twice with no answer.

We have been into this location on several occasions and have been disappointed most times. The last time so bad we swore we would never be back. Always deal with the larger lady not sure of her name. Very rude and doesn’t want to go out of her way to help. My daughter’s phone completely stopped working though and we didn’t want to drive out of town so this was our only option. Same lady was there. Once again very rude didn’t want to help. Actually told my 14 year old daughter “ you don’t have to have an attitude!” Then rushed us out the door. Had to call Verizon to fix the problem. All my daughter said was my mom has service with AT&T that’s why she isn’t on the account. Apparently that’s rude? When we go to a corporate Verizon store they are beyond nice and helpful no issues! So why so many with this store? As I said I have AT&T and I have no issues there either. Just them. My daughter and fiancé are the only ones with Verizon. If you want to keep customers you need to be friendly and show people you want to help them. Instead I feel like we are bothering her and it’s inconvenient for her to help us. Not how I want to be treated.

Elexis was amazing she helped me with my request in minutes unlike AT&T I’m glad I switched to Verizon. Elexis was very nice and helped me with everything I needed she was so good I gave her a tip, she definitely needs a raise.

My first contact, Elexis, was very friendly and efficient. She explained all my options very well. Because my phone had to be ordered, I had to come back, and that time, I dealt with Makaylee. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole 1 hr.+ that we were there. My only complaint is that these girls sometimes have to work completely alone. That is dangerous for them. Please consider at least putting in a remote electronic door lock.

Their idea of customer service is handing out a piece of paper with a 800 #. Denied my pregnant wife use of a bathroom. Just a horrible person in the store and a horrible experience- went to Burleson.

Customer service wasn’t the very best! And thing that worries me most is we got two lines at a terrible price,but,since inflation and pandemic credit score has gotten outa whack . Have recently experienced full takeover hack I presume of mobile phone and noticed apple had some kind of similar exp with all there products. So anyways no word no nothing from them about this and can be frustrating of course as it would for anyone! Would think customers would be notified or something! Anything?! Overall feel like Russell cellular could care less about there customers. Long as they get a sale everything else is on Verizon as a whole. Not good business in my opinion ?

It takes quite a while if you go during busy hours, but I came back after four and the staff was friendly and helpful. The machines didn't work great, so getting everything set up took a while, but the staff made time fly by. I appreciate the assistance and would certainly go back.

Came in tired and fatigue from work. It was close to closing time and I felt bad but I needed to escape evil At&t. So I went in and at first (making assumptions) thought that the employee Elexis wasn't gonna be friendly but boy was I wrong. She was very friendly, very helpful, and very patient with me. Didn't rush me, answered all my dumb questions, was very professional, she knew her job very well. Was very quick even tho my situation was difficult she still went above and beyond to help me out and she was also very easy to talk to. Verizon is lucky to have such an amazing employee like her, cause lets be honest hard workers that are kind are very rare nowadays. Definitely a permanent customer from here on out. So I highly recommend yall to switch carriers and go to Verizon and if you're lucky Elexis will be the one to help yall out.
