This review is for The Big Dipper restaurant. It is located inside the Valero gas station, located at 1201 Henderson street in Cleburne, Texas.
My wife and I came to Cleburne to visit family. While in town, we stopped into The Big Dipper. The proprietor, Nicole, prepares and serves a variety of Mexican dishes.
We had heard from a couple other people that the food was really good, so we thought we'd give it a try. We didn't know what to get, so Nicole prepared a variety pack for us. To put it simply, the food was delicious!
The Big Dipper restaurant doesn't have any signs on the outside of the gas station. The only way anyone will know of the restaurant is through word-of-mouth, or, if they go into the gas station.
This review is for anyone in the Cleburne, Texas area. Stop by The Big Dipper restaurant inside the Valero gas station at 1201 Henderson. Try some of Nicole's food. You won't be disappointed. I guarantee. As for my wife and me,
We'll be going back there whenever we're in town.

This gas station, has the best gas in town. Literally the highest quality at 93. They also are usually one of the best if not the absolute best in price as well.
