  Was quick and easy, the lady at the desk and the kind man me helped out, was in and out in 5 min.

  I've only ever had great service and seen/heard the staff being friendly and helpful to everyone else while I filled out forms and prepped things to be sent.

  Well, it got really busy, and one clerk talked to a young man about his passport for about 15 minutes while the other clerk did all the work, but, maybe the young guy needed that much help, and the lady did a good job of getting everyone through there,I don't recommend going at 2 o clock..?
