Talk about a store with unhelpful employees. Even Home Depot will at least try to help you find a product. We got zero greeting when we walked in, we had to track down an employee to help us in paint, and when we checked out, the people at the counter acted like we were interrupting their good time. Even though we were the only customers. Will not be going again, don't waste your time.

Best little hardware store around. So great to not be just another number. If they don't have it, ask. They can probably get it. Great customer service. If you need something just ask them.

The employees at the Grandview store were openly discussing their disgust with interracial couples today and supporting businesses ran by racists isn’t really my style so we’ll pass on trying to shop there ever again.

Not only does this store have friendly staff, but just about everything you could ever need in terms of actual hardware. I do a lot of custom fabrication work and when I need a single bolt or specialty fastener to get the job done, this is where I go. Huge thanks to the owners for keeping the old bin-and-bag system for hardware. Makes my life so much easier when I don't have to buy 20 bolts when I only need one.
