I love Quality Brakes. The guys that work there are always pleasant. They explain things to me and don't act impatient when I have questions. They don't push to get more work scheduled. They give me the options and do just what they say they will do. Car repair can be scary when you don't know much about cars but you have to have a car and keep it running so I appreciate their matter of fact explanations.

Took our 2021 Telluride in for a brake job after the dealer said that the rear brakes were nearly worn out. Shortly after leaving the car, we got a call from Quality Brakes telling us that all brakes were still in good condition, with at least 80% remaining! Their honesty saved us an expensive brake job that wasn't needed! Thank you!

If I could put 10 out of 5 stars I would. Courteous attendees, treated me like I was a person, not just a "woman", and the service was just as excellent. Had my front-end problems fixed, in an hour and a half, at a super low price! I will drive the 40 miles extra one way, to come here for all of my braking needs from now on.
