So far with our limited experience with PPL we are happy. Anytime I had questions by email or phone calls I received answers pretty quickly. We are hoping our camper gets sold quickly through their consignment lot and that the whole transaction continues to goes smoothly.

The process was easy to sell our camper. But I felt rushed and 2 of the employees acted like we were an inconvenience when asking questions. Will they be able to sell it, i don’t know. But we are hoping for the best! If they do I will come back and give them a 5 star review!

I highly recommend using Ty Trim to transport your RV. He took time to hookup all the hoses, hookup the electric, and turn the power on for me and my daughter. He also fixed our door!

I found a used RV online, 2020 R-Pod 180. I closed on the purchase in October while ill. I tried to work with my salesman to set an appointment for pickup but he ignored my text and was short with me over the phone. I drove 250 miles on a Saturday to have my hitch installed and pick up my trailer. I used their inspector. I got it home and the door would not open. On Monday, it took a local repair tech about 10 minutes to find where on the door you had to hit to get it open then they repaired the latch. I continued to have issues. There was no shroud on the evaporative cooler they sent me one. My biggest issue was the incinerator toilet worked on the walk through and never again. The problem is that a 65 pound objected hooked to electric and propane was left “loose” in the RV. It was not bolted to the RV. A representative from PLL says that the company does not say that it must be bolted down. PLL should understand the importance of objects attached to propane and electricity not moving. More importantly they should have been aware of the danger if the exhaust pipe/hose disconnected due to movement. “The toilet exhaust begins at 220 F. It releases at around 150 F from the top of the pipe”. I think the company meant the toilet did not need to be bolted if in a stationary location not in a moving vehicle. I am replacing the toilet. .

I went over to PPL looking for a camper. They asked me the questions of length bunkhouse and all that then Robert showed me around and didn't pressure me at all. He was a straight shooter that told me everything I needed. I ended up purchasing my first camper from them. I highly recommend buying from them.
