The absolute rudest people I ever attempted to buy propane from. I wound up doing business with Godfrey Propane instead. They are friendly and much easier to get along with. I would sooner freeze all winter than spend a red cent with Pinnacle.

First, we got the run around on the phone because I guess the receptionist couldn’t find the address on a map. After a ridiculous game of phone tag, we were told they don’t deliver to trailer parks. How do you run a business in a town surrounded by trailer parks and RV parks and just flat out discriminate? Prior to this incident, we failed to get our small bottles filled because they had several people hanging around but no one capable of filling bottles. It’s a propane company with no interest in selling propane.

It really speaks volume when you have the worst winter anyone has experienced here in Texas and you can't get a hold of anyone at this office to find out when you can be serviced. Having propane is just as important as having electricity especially when your furnace is ran by it. We knew this was happening atleast a week before it did so why was there no preparation on this companies part for their customers who depend on them for survival. No emails, no phone calls, no anything just crickets from this company while their customers are freezing in this weather. Disgraceful.

Was looking for a place to fill my 20lb bottles found this place on line and someone saying half price fridays, I called them and asked if they still had half price on fridays the lady then told me they no longer do half price fridays cause they have GREAT DEALS all the time. I then asked her the price to fill a 20lb bottle and she told me it would be $10, I was thinking ok that sounds like a good deal. Told the lady my wife will be right there. My wife drove from Alvarado to cleaburne, when she arrives the lady walked out and put up a piece of paper stating that the 20lb bottles would be $16 my wife told the lady saying that I had just called and she told me it was $10 and if she would still honor that price and the lady told my wife no pointing to the sign. A big jump from $10 to $16....... I just want to thank this company for being dishonest and wasting our time and also want to shout out to Bluebonnet propane there in cleaburne not to far away from this POS place. Bluebonnets prices where $10 when I called and still $10 when my wife arrived to get them filled... Thank you Bluebonnet propane for actually caring about and being honest to your customers we will now be spending our money with you and not this other pos company that dosent honor what they say but yet wait till you pull up and run a piece of paper out to Jack up the price hoping you will pay it! Again did I mention Bluebonnet is not to far from this place...we spent our $30 to fill 3 bottles at Bluebonnet, that is $30 that your company didn't make cleaburne propane thank you for being a pos company!

Josh at Cleburne propane left me hanging out to dry. I shopped around for weeks for a new tank for a kitchen remodel project. I decided upon cleburne propane due to their competitive price for a 120gal tank. Josh came to view my property and approve the location for code purposes. Approximately a month and a half out I gave him the go ahead. He stated he'd get me a tank. When it came down the the week of delivery he did not have a tank yet. When it came down to the day before delivery he stated he did not have a tank and did not know when he'd get one. This was also me calling them to get answers. They never once proactively called to keep me updated. When I asked Josh what the hell happened and what he's going to do about it he had no answers for me. So the week before Christmas he left me without a tank and thus no functioning stove. I will NEVER recommend cleburne propane to anyone due to their lack of integrity. You say you're going to do something then as a business you better well make it happen. Thanks for nothing.
I ended up using Bluebonnet Propane. While slightly more expensive with 3 days notice they were able to delivery me a tank, hook it up and fill it on Christmas eve!

Yes, they charge full price to refill, but their full price is $13. It's $17 and up anywhere else. If that's a problem, wait until you've used it all b4 refilling. Pretty simple.

Drove all the way out to Cleburne from Kennedale. To get propane. Before I went to my job in Burleson.
The guy I encountered at the property seem like he was in a bad mood and had no customer service skills. They wanted to charge you full price on a bottle that’s already halfway full.
