Roxana did a phenomenal job on my thick, naturally curly hair! I was a walk-in on a Sunday and didn't have to wait very long at all for a shampoo, cut, and blow dry. I'm not sure you can beat the superb customer service, especially for the price point here. I will be making this my regular salon.

New looks is great! I have a very unique style pixie bob cut, and after moving to Texas I went through multiple salons giving specific instructions, showing pictures, and even second tries to some stylists. After more than a handful of failed attempts I decided to try New Looks. They only have two stylists and I dint get Roxana who has most of the reviews here but by stylist was GREAT! She looked at a picture and asked a few questions and went to cutting. I haven't been so happy with a cut in the 2.5 years since I moved.

The ladies here are very friendly. They actually listen to what you want, and they do everything they can to achieve the look your wanting. Even though there was a language barrier between myself and the stylist, she understood what I wanted and was successful in giving me an awesome haircut! This will now be my go to salon. Thanks ladies!
