Worse service evert. When we first walked inside. It was an Arabian employee working on June 15th. He was on a personal call and we were standing there and he was still on the phone. We had questions regarding getting a new iPhone and was asking if they had companies that finances or we going to pay. There was another customer behind us and he completely ignore us and asked the next customer “ can I help you “
They lost money on a new iPhone.

This location is our absolute favorite. Benn and the rest of the employees are so friendly and knowledgeable
Update 5 years of preferring this store and Benn colleagues are so quick and knowledgeable. Today Benn helped us with an older tablet. Benn has helped us buy plenty of devices but he’s also great with helping us use what we have when money is tight. We don’t live in Cleburne. We go there just for the great service

i got me a phone here about 11 yrs ago and have not had any problems out of them and you cant beat a 30$ phonebill and they help me when i have a problem

Benn is great! We went to the store across town and ended walking out because the employee was very rude. So glad we decided to try this store. We will definitely be back.
