Very disappointed in this shop. Took our truck in due to a wiring problem. Talked to the owner, Jerry Meeks. Left the truck there and explicitly told him (twice) not to do any repairs until we were told the cost to do the work and an estimate of how long it would take, which he agreed to do. Didn't hear anything until over a week later when we got a call from Amber, who works in the office, telling us that the truck was fixed and that the bill is over five hundred dollars. This isn't the way to do business, folks, and since we can't trust them to keep their word we won't be back.

I was referred by family and was told this is an honest mechanic to take you vehical to! First I was welcomed by a sweet smiling face! You can see its a small town family business. Those are always the best!! The Mechanic's took a good look over and gave an honest overview and guidance! Great experience all around !! I would refer anyone to take your car to them!!

They had my truck 6 months after saying it would be a quick job. Their main excuse was "it's been too hot to work on" (I dropped it off in March; prior to summer).After receiving my truck back, I noticed the broken part was zip tied to make function, and column had more problems than before. It's not even capable of passing inspection now!I had high hopes for this shop, but was proven wrong.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Very cold hearted man Mr Meeks.Also they dont conduct business in a professional way.No answering the phone calls during gbusiness hours.Time for this place to retire.

Most rude group of people I've ever had to deal with. Its one thing if it's going to take weeks to get to the vehicle for a simple repair, it's another to be rude about it and make my 60 year old mother cry and tell her "everyone has problems" when she mentioned she just lost her son and is just trying to get her car fixed so she can go teach piano lessons. Very upsetting that someone would be this mean in our small town.

The service was excellent but the administration of the office is terrible. They never answer the phone after numerous tries and when u leave a message they don’t return the calls. Ever!….. this is so frustrating when a business doesn’t know how to conduct business. Get someone competent!
