Exceptional sales man!! And tour lady !!
Me and my brother came in looking for an RV and Omar Martinez the salesman helped us in a very efficient way, answering every question possible and showing us many of the available options. He ended up showing us a beautiful Rockwood RV that met all of our needs and we took it. If you ever go to fun town ask for omar and he will get you just right. I also want to mention the tour lady Riley Martin she was very informative and showed me every detail from operational and living on the Rv! 100% Recommended !!

Post sales experience has been terrible. Bought my new Ember 201FBQ on July 6, 2024, did two quick shake out trips, and took it back to Cleburne to get a few minor warranty issues addressed on July 23, 2024. After hearing nothing from the dealer and calling Ember to only get the runaround, I drove to Cleburne for a couple weeks in a row to talk to my service advisor personally. Tuesday of this week marked the 8 week anniversary of my camper sitting in Cleburne with zero calls from the dealer since my last personal visit on September 6, 2024 (due to lack of communications.
Update - there were a flurry of phone calls after this post but I’m now celebrating week 9 of my camper sitting at Fun Town RV in Cleburne, TX. WEEK 9.
Update 11/9/2024 - Fun Town and Ember have not contacted me since I picked up my RV with nothing but some basic label repairs done. It’s been 16 weeks now and I would say that buying any type of warranty from Fun Town is bullshit cause they give you the factory runaround. Worst customer service experience in my life.

Today I stopped by and was just wanting to look around and figure out some pricing. Travis was the one that helped me, he asked me multiple questions and my price range so he could show me exactly which ones were best for me. I’ve never had someone communicate so well and make sure all my needs were met. I told him I wouldn’t be coming back until next month and he wrote down everything for me and even sent me the links, pictures, and videos of each camper we looked at that I wanted. Cannot wait to come back and purchase from Travis next month! Thank you for all your help!!

Had a good experience at Fun Town RV. Salesman Brandon Garsee especially was approachable and took time to show us details of the RV we were interested in. I love there is a good variety of RVs to look at and options.
