I bought tires and rims for my old school car and I was disappointed that they didn't rotate and balance them this time I have bought tires and rims before from Discount before and they rotate and balance them before they put them on my truck so I'm a little side ways on what they told why they didn't do it

I arrived in the morning with a low tire warning. The store was extremely busy, but I was promptly waited on. After a short wait, my car was pulled into their shop. Fifteen minutes later, a friendly young man handed me my keys, and I was on my way! Great friendly service!

The employee Alejandro was awesome and still is. He came to my rescue when I had gotten a blown tire in the Walmart parking lot and stuck by me to make sure my family was safe along with giving tons of respect and customer service 110%

Nothing discount about it. They charge $50 more per trailer tire than the Goodyear tire shop down the road. They are fast and nice, but their prices have skyrocketed

Matthew and team were very welcoming, knowledgeable and showed high levels or professionalism during my visit to get service done on my car. Thanks to Matthew’s advice I made an appt to get new tires and was out in less than 30 minutes even when having a line of customers out the door, literally. Will definitely do business again and recommend to all.

I haven't bought enough tires to speak to pricing compared to market value or other service establishments. But they did present me with several prices/options for replacement tires. My tire was completely flat by the time I arrived home at 5 pm. Even though they close at 6, they still managed to get me in and taken care of. Colyn was polite on the phone when I called to see if they had my tire in stock and just as polite in person. I did not walk away feeling bamboozled or hustled, only satisfied with the product and service I received.
