Using this company because it's the only internet service that covers where l live. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUXS. They cut off your service if your questions are too complicated for their simple minds to comprehend. And heaven forbid if you throw in a multi-syllable word, plan on getting talked to like a 2nd grader. They shut off your internet service before calling or emailing you. After 5pm and weekends forgot about it, it's shut down. When you do call during business hours, staff acts like you're interrupting there nap. If l had another option, ld be using it. By the way, had to post a star to leave my review.

This place is a complete and total joke I've been using them for over 3 years paying $149 a month supposed to be getting speeds of 12mbs. I was lucky if we got 3 mbs. Customer service is even a bigger joke than their overpriced internet. Tried to call to get help with my internet not only did they not come out here they tried to tell me my stuff was running fine. I know living out in the country and is hard to get internet but luckily I found a company that not only provided me internet but I'm paying $100 less and actually getting what I'm paying for. Please do your research first before signing a contract with these Jokers.

Hands down the worst internet provided. They want you to do all the foot work when you have an issue with the internet they are supposed to provide. And believe me unless you pay for the 100 package you will have issues almost every day ! Have contacted them twice about the internet and everytime I get contacted back with a Rude unhelpful response with you can contact support here and let them know. More ppl taking your money but provide a less than satisfying service.

I just signed up with them in Nov 2021 and for one week everything worked great. Now I watch a streaming show, it stops and buffer every 30 to 40 seconds. And the install tech left trash and wire clippings all over my living area and outside.

Have been using Digitex for 5 years now and they are the biggest ISP joke in history. Insanely overpriced for the worst internet speeds anyone could ever get. They advertise 10Mbps when in reality you'll be getting under 1Mbps. Right now I have 0.15Mbps while running speedtests. I can hardly even buffer videos at 240p on YouTube. I've had them try several times to make things right but has yet to happen. It seems that they also refuse to improve the quality of their service. They wait until a competitor comes into the area to outdo them and then they clear out to another small town to monopolize the internet prices. Biggest scam and joke of an ISP I've ever seen in my entire life.

Worst wifi I have ever had and the most expensive,you are better off using your phone Hotspot. they also damaged my brand new rv while the installed it.

I've been with Digitex over 6 years and the customer service has always been excellent. The price is reasonable and we are able to stream video on multiple TVs with no problem.

Mat repaired my laptop while I waited. Reasonable price. Mat is no longer there so we'll see how the do.
