The Employees of this Store are absolutely GREAT!! They're Friendly, Knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help me The Customer!! I recently had to switch from Metro (whom I was a customer since 2013) to Cricket. So far I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED! I highly recommend Cricket.

These ladies at the Cleburne store are amazing. Tiffany and Cherokee were the most helpful people I have ever come across. I was having a horrible day. Nothing seemed to be going right until that helped me. Thank you.

Just called to see if they could do a factory reset on a flip phone because my son forgot his pin. The young girl at the Cleburne location said that she did not know how to do do afactory reset on a flip phone. I asked if anyone else was there and she said no. I said in your training I guess they need to teach you to teach you to do a factory resit on a flip phone and she said well maybe you should remember the pin to your phone and hung up on me.
