I had a really great experience here, buying my first car. Joe Carrillo helped me along the way and explained anything I had questions about (which was several things, since I've never bought a car before). He made the experience pleasant and straight-forward. Robert Rueda was also a great help in getting all the documentation signed and explaining the extended warranty etc.
I'm extremely happy with the 2013 Ford Fusion I got!

I conducted a nationwide search for an F-150 and, after speaking with several dealerships, ultimately chose Cleburne Ford. Not only did they offer the best deal, there were no “special dealer fees,” and the listed online price was the actual price of the vehicle. My salesperson, Jimmy Groessel was extremely professional and made this the best vehicle-buying experience I’ve ever had. Car buying is sometimes a challenge, but not in this case. Sales rep Joe Carrillo made the process seamless, very patient, answered all questions, he and other Cleburne Ford staff made it clear that I can follow up with them for any questions/issues may have after the sale.

Recently brought my truck in for some routine maintenance and everybody is always so nice but Laura stole with her attentiveness and attitude, genuinely treated me like I was family!!! She deserves a raise because I never write reviews but it was such a great experience that I have to let people know, hope people up there see this and give her the recognition she deserves!!!

I had a very pleasant experience with my service advisor, Laura. She kept me posted on all the work being done to my vehicle and was very knowledgeable answering all of my questions. It eased my anxiety walking in and seeing a female advisor in a male dominated field. She's definitely a great asset to department.

Tammy at the service counter was a rockstar! I had been to three gas stations to air up my tires with no luck. I went to Cleburne Ford, asked her if it was possible to air the tires as I was needing to get to a doctor appointment asap. With a smile she said absolutely! Tech put air in my tires and I was on my way in under 10 minutes!
