Do the previous owner of f my truck took it in because the radio , gps, screen went out and they told him they replaced part BUT they didn't . After I purchased truck it went out again the first week so they said bring it In And leave it and they they would check it and get it fixed . Well 4 days later truck hadn't even been touched and I was going out of town so went and picked up my truck . You know you get spoiled to having stereo and gps so I googled the issue and it said to disconnect the negative battery cable for 30 mins and that fixed it . But I still want it fixed correctly especially since it is under warranty. Took my truck back in got a loaner and they had my truck for approximately 10 days , they didn't start checking it out still the last 3 days . Part was ordered and bam in an hours time it was fixed . I made numerous calls and finally spoke with Steven finstad to get the ball rolling . Apparently they don't like selling trucks to awfully bad because we wanted to buy the truck I was driving but their salesman mark wouldn't call me back till Steven got back to him . They didn't want to give me crap for my trade in that only had 10k miles in it . Well back ti gmc we go where we get great service and great trade in prices .

Had started a deal on a vehicle and was told it wouldn't be ready until Wednesday and to come back and finish the sale. Was headed to the dealership and on the way got a call saying the sold the vehicle. Very disheartening and upsetting.

Attempted to make an appointment with several Ford Dealerships. They were weeks out. If you know anything about cars, a lot of the time when you need work done, it's not something you can see into the future for and predict. I live in Burleson. This dealership got me right in and dealt with my issue in less than an hour. The staff and I spoke and had good conversation while they worked. They were friendly and kind in the service department. I always leave my dashcam running when I get serviced. The staff was courteous and responsible with my vehicle. I was having an awful case of the "Mondays". When I left I felt like it was a Friday after work. Totally refreshed. To compound the "Monday's", I realized I forgot my means to pay as I was checking out. I'm the idiot there. They educated me on FordPass points and I was able to cover my entire service and have a significant amount left over. I guess when I bought the Bronco, it came with a bunch of FordPass points. This was overall one of my favorite customer service experiences in any line of service. I will forgo Ft Worth and Burleson dealerships, which I've dealt with in the past and are not bad. Instead I will take the trip to Cleburne for their outstanding professionalism and personable attitudes toward customers. Shoutout Steve and Tamara in the service department!!

I personally had an exceptionally good experience working with the Cleburne Ford dealership. My initial contact was internet and phone and had made choice decisions before arriving. I dealt with Robert who had the vehicle prepared and ready for me to test drive. The process was quick and painless and I completed the transaction in an hour or so. Everyone I interfaced with was friendly and courteous. Should God grant me the opportunity to purchase a new vehicle again I will definitely consider Cleburne Ford first.

12:20pm 3/22/21 I stopped in the service department to inquire adopt my check engine light on my F250 Lariat. The two people at the desk were more interested in stuffing their fat faces with pizza then helping me. Did not ask me about anything. Would not tell me when I could except to get my truck back or how I could get back home to Godley. I guess I was going to have to walk? I hope the owner is planning on selling me a new F250 because they will never see my shadow on their door step again

I usually only review restaurants, but I've been dealing with cleburne Ford for almost 20 years I've bought so many cars and trucks I can't even count I drive a long way to come to this dealership because the service is outstanding parts is outstanding sales is outstanding it's just one of the better dealerships I've ever dealt with.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We purchased a new Ford for my mom and the whole process was fantastic. Jerry our sales consultant was great. He sat with my mom showing her every feature of the vehicle and was very patient explaining all of the options to her. The whole staff was very accommodating and we never felt rushed or pressure to buy. The owner Bobby came out and spent time with us as well making sure that all of our questions were answered and concerns addressed. They gave us more than we expected for our trade and spent less than we thought we would! I need a new truck and I know where I am going! It's worth the 45 minute drive to get this type of service!!!

Saturday morning and Ford dealership busiest day. Less than 2hrs to find what I wanted ,be approved, signed paperwork and drove off. The salesman was great when it came to listening to when I what I needed in a car. The finance department was very comfortable very easy and very understanding with what I could afford. I walked out feel like I stole something. I left with a 2019 under 80 mile car, maintenance plan,extended gap warranty, and rebates and just because its summer discounts for less $450.

I am pleased with the customer service and warranty work on my car at Cleburne Ford. I tried other dealerships in Burlesona and was treated badly. It was refreshing to deal with Cleburne.

These people don't even know what inventory they have. Had a guy named Leigh Bailey waste my time completely. I went on their site and found a mustang listed as an automatic, I call and email this leigh guy to see if it is in stock and asked if it was automatic, he says yes and calls me several times to see when I am gonna stop by. I tell him that It was a long drive for me and so to make sure it's the car I am looking for, well, I get there and the mustang is MANUAL..like dude you couldn't check the car to see what transmission it was before I drove almost 2 hours to the dealership? Complete waste of time, steer clear and go to a competent dealership that knows how to list their inventory correctly on their website.

Have been using the dealership in Cleburne since the 70's.Bought several new and some used cars. I was always treated right. The service dept. is where I get my pickup serviced. They always treat me right and do what they promised I recommended this dealership.
