They are so high priced selling an item for $100 that sells at walmart for like maybe $25 to 100 brand new its a generic small kids table every other pawn place I been to so far has been actually great, great prices they dont over price great customer service then you come to this place tries to lowball you for an item you may want to pawn them I feel bad to have to review this store at 1 star but not even really helpful or smiles or a hello they should welcome you make you want to come back it's why we rarely come to this one on main Street in cleburne they used to have amazing staff a few years back I loved it then but you should be able to walk in be greeted with a smile & a hello like welcome your customers tend to them with courtesy every one in the other shops we got established with their awesome no complaints really nice to go in a place to get great customer service here its like boredom to be honest sorry but I would not give any stars at this point they never have much but when they do its high priced not worth it I miss the old staff they had the old management even before they were cash america it was great (top dollar pawn) but I don't know why it's gone down I was hoping to give 5 stars as I'm always rating stores i shop at please fix maybe I can change my rating but I don't know when I'll be back in again ill probably give it a few months I'm actually disappointed

I give this place 5 stars the customer service is great , they always pick great managers their newest , “Skylar” probably the best so far ! You can’t go into pawn shop and expect macys, but you can go into this one and expect good service ! ?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Best advice I can give is to go elsewhere. The only reason why this store is still standing is because their “policy” is to scam people out of their money. I was told that even if I paid off an item that my husband put on layaway that I could not pick it up and if it weren’t picked up by my husband on the payoff date whom works out of town that it would still be forfeited regardless if it’s paid off. What sense does that make if it’s paid off?? The manager Skylar (which is male btw) was so nonchalant and extremely sarcastic about it when my husband and I have been loyal customers for years!!! Needless to say this location has changed for the WORST and needs to be put out of business!

I went in last week with a set of wedding rings to pawn, Trey helped me /, he first said that because I haven't picked anything up from there I pawned that I could only sell my rings(I've always bought from there, I pawned one thing a few years ago, then everything shut down hints why I didn't pick it up) he comes back and says oh stones are chipped, it can only be scrapped so he would only give me $40.00, I said no he was wrong and my gut said to pass, especially since I didn't want to sell them. I took them to their other pawnshop in Joshua, a woman helped me, she didn't tell me I had to sell them, she looked them over, and then offered me $50 more than what Trey offered me. I spoke with other people, and learned that people at cash America in cleburne does this to people often to make more money for their store. I'm happy I followed my gut and did NOT let Trey scam me out of money. Stay clear of this place

Gave me a $100 to put a TV in lay away Be careful read the fine print because they scam you out of all your money. I found the same TV that they were selling me brand new for less money they want to give me a dollar bill Back on the $100 that I gave them terrible service terrible policy would not let me put the money Or apply the money for store credit to anything else either now I've spent thousands of dollars with this pawn shop not happy And will use another pawn shop in the near future

The employee was the only good thing about this place and now I see why she was on top of it. We get home after buying a TV and gaming head phones for my son and the TV after being turned on was full of dead baby roaches and the headphones were broken at the connection. That's 100 bux in the trash. I'm so not happy. Should've went to Walmart
