I absolutely love Royces Pharmacy and I'm a idiot for leaving the first time but between Raven and all the staff they always takes care of me. I'm happy being with them once again and I'll never leave them again. Keep up the great job ya'll are doing and I'm always happy when I go see them. Thank you for doing an absolutely great job.

I have been a customer of Royce’s Pharmacy for 25+ years. I won’t go anywhere else. I take a lot prescriptions and Ravin the pharmacist has been a big help keeping them all straight and answering questions I have. There is a medication or 2 that I take that they have to order and Ravin is good about telling me when it will come in and when I can pick it up. I appreciate that. Ravin does her best everyday for customers. I’ve seen them when they are totally swamped and when they are not, and she treats every customer the same. Ravin does a good job running the pharmacist. Year's ago when Mr. Royce retired it was hard to adjust to for a lot of people.I miss him. But in my opinion, Raven by far is the best pharmacist that he’s had there since he retired!!

I have always used this pharmacy since we moved here 17 years ago. They have always been very helpful and informative. No question is too simple or too complex. I'm very thankful to have them so close.

My wife and I have used this pharmacy for quite sometime. They are awesome people to deal with. They keep most items in stock and will always help find ways to keep the prescriptions the least expensive. Very quick turnaround time as well.

If I could leave no stars I certainly would. The pharmacy technician, in-store owner, Raven denied my medication on the day that it was to be filled even at my doctor's orders I have a disability and without my medication I could go into seizures and actually die. Even after this was expressed to her she seemed not to care and she lied about everything that was said to my doctor and from my doctor. This woman does NOT deserve to be in public service jobs.. She WITHHELD A MEDICATION THAT CAN END MY LIFE. I don't know where she came from but she needs to go. It used to be such a friendly staff. We have been customers for years. Not anymore. She's going to drive that place in the ground.

Did not get a prescription filled there but they were happy to help me if I have it as nobody in town seems to have my prescription for some reason I guess it's the shortage from the pandemic

When Royce was there things went smooth, customer service was great, staff took care of customers. Now: all of the above are headed south real quick and have been for the last year.Sure hate it. I really did like this place.

I stood at tbe counter and all the ladies did was talk w each other noone came and help me.. Finally someone did nt until i said something.. Thats bad service. I wont be back

After a traumatic car accident outside of this pharmacy, the ladies who worked here came to my aide and tremendously helped me through a panic attack after the accident. I am amazed at how compassionate these ladies were, and especially grateful for Elaina. Thank you ladies for caring about a stranger on the street❤️

I always feel important, when I shop with Royce's. They go above and beyond to make sure I get the best prices on my meds. The staff is friendly , professional and they do a great job at making you feel like family. Thank you Royce's for being my family and friends pharmacy.
