Great place I got a flat fixed. I had went to Walmart and got my oil changed and I had a tire about half wore basically a good tire the guy working was to lazy to fix my tire he wanted to tell me my head light was out mind you I just got a new inspection sticker on the car if that says anything I told him yeah until you turn them on then he had made an estimate of what it would cost me for a whole set of tires let me tell you if someone is to lazy to fix a flat sure not going to get my money so don't go to Walmart to get a flat fixed come here where a customer needs mater you can bet when I get ready for new tires here is the place for me!!!???OH Don't let me forget the little Taco Stand there I got some food there while I waited and the food was excellent ?❤️

I had an excellent experience at this establishment, and despite not receiving a direct service, I feel compelled to leave a review. To provide some context, I am a 26-year-old woman who handled everything independently during my visit.Initially, I visited this place in search of a new tire and alignment. The staff member at the front desk kindly informed me that alignments were not performed on-site. However, they directed me to a nearby shop that could assist with both the alignment and tire purchase. I would like to express my appreciation for their helpfulness. I proceeded to the recommended shop, but unfortunately, they did not have the specific tire I needed. As a result, I decided to return to BJ's and purchase a tire from there.Upon my return, the staff member at BJ's informed me that they also did not have the tire I required. However, they went the extra mile by suggesting another shop where I could find the tire at a competitive price. Additionally, they provided valuable advice on what to ask for when purchasing new tires and recommended getting the alignment done at the other shop. I am truly grateful for their assistance.Prior to visiting this establishment, I had spent a considerable amount of time searching and calling various places online. However, the level of support I received at BJ's exceeded my expectations. The staff member took the time to thoroughly explain the necessary information and how it would benefit me. I must mention that their guidance ended up saving me approximately $200, as the original options I considered were significantly more expensive.Furthermore, the recommended shops displayed outstanding customer service. I encountered polite and helpful individuals who contributed to an overall positive experience during my visit.I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service and assistance provided by the staff member at BJ's. Despite not receiving a direct service from them, their willingness to help and offer valuable guidance left a lasting impression. Based on the exceptional customer care and assistance I experienced, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

These people are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and except for only one time, they've always had the tire I needed in their shop. They will also let you know when they see any of your tires that are close to be needing to be replaced, but they don't push the sale of it on you, they accept when you tell them that you can't get it at that moment. One of the people working there is a female, so this place doesn't take advantage of any customers just because they're a female, like so many other places can and do.
