Stopped in on a rainy morning to get a new windshield wiper blade. As soon as I turned down the aisle an employee called out and asked if I need a blade for the Yellow Jeep. Asked what year it was. Another employee walked over very knowledgeable and explained pricing. Before I could finish paying for the windshield wiper blade he had gone out in the rain and installed. Excellent customer service!!! Thanks Autozone!

I had bought a battery there and it stopped keeping s charge. I drove in, gave my account info, and they swapped it for a new one under Warrenty. They did all the work too.

Still waiting on a refund on my credit card I bought a starter last week that was no good and took reciept and starter back they asked if I had my credit card I used. I got it out then they said they didn’t need it. Said the money was put back on my card but it wasn’t. Over $200. SMH. Even called the guy over store and he never returned call. Never going back there

Stay far away if u buy a battery with warranty.We bought one it went out within a month took to dealer told me the battery failed took to autozone to replace with warranty and they wouldn't replace it.

This was probably the best trip to AutoZone ever granted I always have a pleasant trip at this AutoZone. Today was particularly special. due to the fact that my battery was dead but luckily it was under warranty and they were able to give me a new one.
