One of the women that works here is ALWAYS so rude when im checking out. she always has an attitude and mumbled “know your worth” to me when i was leaving today. i did absolutely nothing to warrant that and i honestly think it might be crack or something. super unprofessional.

All other 7-elevens I’ve been to were super nice but this one wasn’t as pleasant I don’t know if she was a manager or just a normal worker but she kicked us out of the store cause we kept trying to find a drink that we liked but they all just tasted like water I wanna say she was just having a bad day but still doesn’t give them a reason to straight up treat people the way that she did. ?

I'm not happy. The screen went out on me when I was in the middle of entering my phone number and tried to add points for $20 of gas. Then they wouldn't cancel the pump and the sale and let me try again. I saved a receipt and I don't if I can use it to add points and it's disappointing that this visit doesn't even count on my transaction history.

Well, what's there to say. I have yet to visit any 7-Eleven that's a 4 or 5 star. This one's your average one for sure. Not the cleanest but definitely not the dirtiest. Staff has work with the slowest cash registers it seems. It's expected sadly enough.

The general manager I believe her name is Amanda, is extremely inpolite and unprofessional however the others are quite nice and I've yet to have any problems with them. I've heard her cussing people out the door many times, and regardless of the situation, that is very poor judgement. She comes in and immediately has a terrible attitude and mumbles under her breath. If your going to work for the public, learn how to give friendly service otherwise I don't think I will be going back after hearing her interact with customers. terrible management

I go in there all the time the staff is always very polite I tend to take a few extra minutes if I don't know what I'm there for and the girl with the dyed light blue hair during the afternoon shift (didn't get her name)is amazing about it.Edit: All the staff is like that but the girl mentioned is the one that really stuck out to me.

I just left this location (6/14/2022 10am)Talk about RUDE! The lady who waited on me needs an attitude adjustment. I'm always friendly to people working in stores and restaurants and I just don't understand why some people are so hateful.

Amanda said she was the store manager and was yelling and cussing at her employee. everyone thought it was unprofessional she did this in front of everybody in the store. Then she started giving the customers attitudes then she made us all get out and was cussing at us all you can even check the footage this was at 10:45 p.m. May 23rd

It's sad both locations that are new here in Cleburne are just nasty they're both so filthy already nobody cares about them we absolutely love 7-Eleven but now we can't even go because they're just so gross to look at. It doesn't seem like the management cares much about the facility and how clean it can be thanks a lot for ruining our experience I even tried to complain to corporate and all that they said was oops sorry. Not good enough make a change or take your name off the building
