It was refreshing walking into the store after being in the sun, and finding what we needed was a breeze with their helpful staff. The parking was definitely not bad that day either.

I use to love going to this target but whoever they have working customer service was so rude to me I was trying to make a return with like new items because target brand clothing can be returned up to a year and she very loud and with a disgusted look said “we don’t take clothes that have been worn” keep in mind these clothes were tried on, and then sat in my closet for a month or two…I would never return dirty/unacceptable clothes. I’ve dealt with her a couple times before but this time it was over the top rude.

I live closer to two other targets, and will make the extra drive just to go to this one! It's always so well organized, and clean, and the employees are always so nice.

Keep the self checkout open. Handed the cashier my resuable bags, and they still put items in plastic bag? Had to rebag myself and held up the line.

The lady at the self cash out did not want to help me at all, seemed like she didn’t want to lift a finger. Bad experience here , they were very rude to my mom as-well. The other workers at the registers came up just to gossip.

I’ll always give Clear Lake Shores Target 5 stars. The store is always clean, there are always employees to help out, and the cashiers are friendly.

An employee had an issue with me checking out in the self checkout line, we were already at a register and she told us to go to the employee run register. I said we were ok and she said “well it’s 10 items or less” with a snotty attitude. I was upset with Target I was ready to leave on the spot. However, the lady Apple at the register was so nice and patient with me, I instead decided to speak to a manager. I ended up speaking with Ginny and Vickie (I believe was her name) and they were honestly the nicest people. Ginny, Vickie, and Apple are the reasons I love target. Their customer service was unmatched. I was so incredibly angry over 14 items being an issue (which I hadn’t counted until after, I thought it was 10) and was completely turned around by the care and patience of the management team. I am very impressed with Ginny and how she handled the situation. She definitely deserves a raise. Thank you to the kind ladies at this location for making my night better and treating me with compassion.

Probably one of the better Target’s I’ve been too. I prefer this one over the League City location. This one doesn’t seem so packed. It’s quiet and clean. Sometimes I do travel the extra miles to visit this location!

The employees here are so kind. I asked Robert about an item in the toy section and he was extremely helpful, going into the back to ensure I got the item I needed. Thank you Robert!
