“They did a great job fixing the screen on my iPhone 14. I had cracked it to work and I was searching for a place to fix it. I was inside the Walmart and I saw this place and decided to give it a try. They did a fantastic job. My phone looks brand new again and I can't even tell that it had been cracked before. This place is also under a new management. You can only get an Exceptional service with them. I also got a great deal on my case and a glass protector. Shawn was great at assisting me with my questions and also helped me pick out the best case that would protect my phone from future drops. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to get your screen repaired.”

“My husband and I upgraded our iPhones after many years of procrastination. We chose this AT&T Store site because it was the closest to us. We walked in and a young woman named Chantal greeted us. She found a chair for both me and my husband and proceeded to take such excellent care of us. She was knowledgeable. She went over different plans and options, making sure we understood what was available to us. She first asked what we wanted and then told us of other more affordable phones with much the same capacity. She never once pressured us to purchase anything more expensive. She set up our new phones for us and sent us happily on our way. My faith in customer service is restored. THANK YOU CHANTAL. I’ve never done change well and you breezed me right through it. AT&T, you better keep this young lady. She is fantastic.”

“I go here to pay for my disabled brother's service. The store is ALWAYS clean, and the employees are ALWAYS helpful and nice! They always offer savings that I may be interested in (I'm not), and they are just so helpful! Although I can't really sign my brother up for the discount programs they offer I really do appreciate them trying to help me save him some cash! I've been to other Cricket stores to pay and don't receive anything close to the level of service and professionalism that I get at this store! Congrats to all of you!”

“Customer service here is awesome. I am a truck driver and my phone got ran over by while I was getting unloaded. I rely heavily on my phone and I was in need of a replacement quick. I placed an order online and it was ready for pickup very quick. When I arrived at the store there were customers being helped and other customers ahead of me and I was able to get in out and back on the road in a timely manor. The gentleman helping me was very polite and he checked to ensure that I had everything I needed and answered all my questions.
