“My mother is elderly and suffers from Alzheimer’s disease. She needs a lot of help in everything she does. She asks many questions over and over again. Demetrius at the Pasadena Mattress Firm was amazing! He was patient and helped my mother in any way he could. He put in the time on the phone and in the store explaining to my mom everything she needed to know. Even when she asked the same question over and over. As a daughter with a parent suffering with Alzheimer’s it’s difficult to watch when people treat my mom poorly. The opposite is also true. When people, such as Demetrius, go out of their way to explain things in a way my mother can understand. It’s such a wonderful thing to watch. We had a great experience there! The bed was delivered THE NEXT DAY!!! It was delivered when they said and how they said.My mother also has a very limited income from social security. She has to watch what she spends and spend what she’s got wisely. She had a MEGA saving in their 4th of July sale! I was floored at the total and saving she received for her purchase. She was able to buy what she needed and stay within her budget. I want to send a big THANK YOU to Demetrius and everyone over at Mattress Firm Pasadena. They helped in getting a little old lady with Alzheimer’s the perfect bed!”

She worked every opportunity at her disposal to reduce the overall price of the mattress & adjustable frame (my all in price). It wasn’t like, “sorry, this is the price, it’s the best I can do.” She worked to get me very near what I hoped to pay & I ended up with a higher quality mattress for about the same (lower) price than I originally looked at. “I had the pleasure of working with the manager of the Nasser Road one location. He said it was the oldest mattress firm and Houston.I made a phone call to him prior to visiting the store and he was very kind and very informative and even asked me a little bit about my current mattress And what I felt was wrong with it. I’m a single mom and I avoided purchasing a new mattress after so many years.Super embarrassing, but I have literally had a pillow top mattress for probably more than 10 years. Even the boxsprings were terrible. But I didn’t know this until I kind of explained all of the issues that I had been having with my bed up to this point, including horrible nights of sleep.I met him at the store and the kindness that he showed me on the phone mirrored the exact conversation that we had When we were in person. I literally felt it is, and he allowed me just to walk mattress by mattress without hovering over me and allowing me to really find one that I felt comfortable on. In the end, my favorite mattress was on sale! Very blessed!The only reason why the store does not get five stars is because he was not very familiar with the system and questions regarding financing and how to maneuver through the system. He was very knowledgeable on how the financing works, but not on the computer system. But who really does? We are not IT pros.I would definitely recommend this store and I would definitely recommend this team as it is a “no pressure“ shopping experience.”

“We shopped for several months for a quality outdoor couch and swivel chair. Looking at the big box home supply stores, all they had seemed rather low quality. We finally settled on a chair/couch set from Rooms-to-Go or Chair King. Though the sets at both stores were very similar, we really liked the set (and color) at Chair King better but it was more expensive so I was willing to settle for the set at Rooms-to-Go based on cost. After talking to the fine folks at Chair King, they were able to price match and we purchased the set from Chair King. We did feel that Wes and his manager (forgot her name) were very friendly and personable. Unfortunately, what we selected was not in stock and we had to wait 3 weeks but the set was delivered on the date originally stated. The delivery guys were nice and they unwrapped the cushions and place the chair/couch set where we wanted on our patio.”
“John is my absolute favorite when it comes to sales products he knows everything. I have four love sack, blankets the foot sack now I’m working my way to the super sack and wombat charcoal. I have two autistic children, age 3 and five and when I tell you they love it, they sleep longer they go by themselves in the room to just relax, so love sack does give me a mental break by occupying my children giving them peace and comfort”

“Fantastic build! Like, actually fantastic as in fantasy like. We absolutely love our pool! It was built well, and what little has occurred after the build (a light went out, the bridge got warped by wet summer) they've covered under warranty efficiently and thoroughly. The price we paid is reflected in the build quality and service. The timeline was reasonable and generally kept to (every big project gets schedule adjustments, it was all within expected limits). We were happy they took the time to do it right rather than rush to meet a timeline.Justin runs an amazing build. The pricing was very on par with similar offerings from other bids, but the high quality we got for the price was a huge relief! You never know what you are going to get with contractors until you've already paid in a lot, so we are glad this company fully earned the trust we gave.In a nutshell: Gorgeous high quality pool. Reasonable price similar to other bids. Great service after build completion. Warranty honored completely. Custom build followed to perfection.Pool pics below. Forgive my amateurish shots! It's cold out. Heated gunite saltwater pool (i'm using it right now in December. 78 degree pool, 104 degree hot tub, 40 degree outside temp! Took hot tub about 35 minutes to heat up). Working mini lazy river. Sun shelf.”

“If you are in the market for furniture and considering another store, do yourself a favor stop looking now. The customer service and quality here can’t really be beat in my opinion. They are on parr with much more expensive retailers and would venture to say they exceed them without the diminishing returns. We have purchased from plenty of other big box stores in the past and Arhuas blew them away. The entire process and staff have been awesome apart from having to wait a while to receive our furniture but was very standard during the pandemic.
We recently had an issue with our protection plan not initially being applied correctly and the team at Baybrook went above and beyond to rectify the issue immediately. Both the regional manager Christopher Mendyka and store manager Sutton Lindsey were super stars in making it right. They went outside of a normal response of deflecting the issue on the customer and offered solutions which is a rarity in today’s world when it comes to customer service.
I whole heartedly recommend shopping here without hesitation and want to say thanks to that entire team.”

“They gave me a great deal on a bed and the base which I remember the base had a great warranty and I'm pretty sure it was a lifetime warranty but I do have a question if the owner reads these reviews I needed to see about how I would use that warranty due to the fact that I had a few of the bars that are detached from the base and sticking down towards the floor but still attached from one side just due to normal wear and tear. But other than that the staff the delivery personnel everyone was great and friendly and I will always use them before looking elsewhere. If you want a great price great service and great people this is the place to choose”
