I would give them zero stars if I could, tried calling them after a package got lost and no one answers. Can't going in person bc their of their hrs. Worthless in my opinion, I wouldn't use them EVER, but the people I buy from I guess like them. Will be filing a complaint with the regional office

Very bad customer service, the lady was rude and wasn't very helpful, i thought maybe she was having a bad day, when I got in line the second time, the guy had the same energy, all I wanted to do was send a package and they made that very difficult. Prices are higher than ups so this was my last time coming here.

The employees that works here hates their life apparently. They're so rude and unhappy. If you're not happy, find a new job.

I live far away from this post office, but as chance would have it, I ended up needing to get a money order from this location. The Korean lady who works here had such a rude and irritable demeanor that it was actually hilarious! Imagine a conversation like this: ME: "will I get a confirmation for this order?" Her: "CALM DOWN!" "Just CALM DOWN!" I also chose the "print receipt" option, rather than the email option, and she started going off about how I made the wrong choice, and repeatedly insisted that I type in my email address (I'm pretty sure that options exist so we can choose!). I admit I was shocked at the moment, but had a laugh about it afterwards.

I pity the good and hard working people working here. That said, I pity us customers even more. When you look around or just watch the scuttlebutt that goes on here, you will understand why the postal service is so screwed up. The staff up front would not be employed in the private sector. No one would wish to deal with the lackadaisical people here, with attitudes and poor demeanors predicated upon the fact they may feel mightier than "thou" and I since they work for the U.S. government. It really shows. Maybe the customers are equally foul, if that is the cause and case, USPS should contract out the retail section to private companies while maintaining the logistics end of the operation. Problems here are galore and they start at the front counter with the people dressed in the blue shirts. Suggestion to management: Turn down the back area radio. Train your unintelligent counter persons who truly dislike the job to get with the program, and earn those sweet benefits. Remind them the postal union can only protect them so far until they get kicked to the curb. P.S. To the one (or two) clerks arguing in the back about the Raiders upcoming season, shut the hell up, no one cares! Al Davis and Alzado are deceased, Oakland Coliseum is gone, L.A. Coliseum area adrift with crack and your silver and black have departed for Sin City, time to move on from your black hole in history and focus on what is in front of you! Think about your customers and the skills the postal service is counting on (YOU) to stay ahead of the game, par de pendejo(s). Your actions remind me of a certain injury accident attorney law firm in Mission Valley (San Diego) who also suck and speak in Spanish so no one will understand what they are saying, (or so they think). Get with the program, homies. Your not paid to stand around and gossip loudly about NFL football while us poor people stand in the hellacious line and listen to you.

The worst experience at a post office I have ever had in my life. I am the nicest person ever to USPS employees because I have to see them everyday running a 7 figure business! They will lock the door 10 minutes before closing when you have PRE-PAID packages and laugh in your face and oh well you for coming BEFORE CLOSING. I am so mad I really could've kicked the door down but I had to just leave because it's not worth it even tho I'll be getting numerous complaints from customers because they're packages couldn't go out on time and NOBODY PICKS UP WHEN YOU ORDER THEM TO EITHER. It's just a hot mess. And I'm so over it!!!!!

The workers here treat the customers with no respect at all. I heard the way one of the workers talked with a customer and it was absolutely unacceptable. I even heard the workers make fun of my mother's limited english.

warning: the staff here enjoy yelling at people from behind their double-paned counter partitions, then they incite fellow customers, to do the same! what a sh*t show! is there a less than/negative star rating? if so, this USPS branch GETS -5 stars. the office is hardly recognizable as a USPS location, as it is a vandalized trash pit of a corner location, but the USPS staff have been kind enough to place a cardboard box by the front door, to collect all the human excrement & other detritus that KTown has to offer. it literally smells bad. MY EXPERIENCE has been that despite being a moderately/lightly trafficked location, the staff here act like overworked douche bags. perhaps this is because their facility looks like a dump? why are they so bitter & unhappy? is mailing stuff really stressful? if i worked for a gov't agency offering me a sizable pension & benefits, i'd be a little less morose.

This particular post office is where dreams go to die. Everyone here is miserable and unhelpful. I've had multiple ship issues when using this spot as a drop off. About 6 months ago, a woman here told me they were unable to give me a drop off receipt after I had waited in line for 20 minutes. She said this is because I used an online shipping site to create a label. Since then, I've had two packages never make it past the "Pre-transit" stage. Very unusual as another post office employee in Maine told me this is totally not true, and anyone should be able to provide you with the drop-off receipt. Even thought this location is more convenient, I'll be going to another location from now on.

Very rude workers every time I go. They have no patience or customer service skills. Very loud and crowded in store - nobody enforces COVID guidelines or social distancing. Can never hear the tellers and they get mad and take it out on customers. Always out of boxes and tape too. Very bad store, worth driving to another.

This place is the worst place ever. The Asian lady with the short bob cut is straight out rude and not helpful at all. Yes I could've been wrong with the packaging or some sort but that doesn't give her the right to straight out belittle me. Or huffing and puffing in front of my face. I've never experienced this kind of customer service in my life.
