I am trying to give local businesses more of my business but because of things like this I go to the chain companies. Took my car in to have the drivers side mirror replaced. They had to paint the shell which was done very well but while fixing the mirror they cut the shell of the door and left the shell of the door very lose like a screw is missing. They didn't say anything and I didn't notice until yesterday. I know it wasn't there because when they had the door off I had taken a picture to send as a text to a friend and there was no cut on the door. They charged me full price to do the job. I have an older car and I am not that person that complain about scraps and cuts but there was no way they didn't know they cut the shell of the door. I would have appreciatedappreciated a "I am sorry" and a cut in price. I am at a chain shop having the mirror checked because it doesn't seem stable. It vibrates so much the road looks like it is shaking. They were really nice people and willing to work with my time but I was very disappointed with the results and the fact they didn't tell me they cut the shell of my door.
