The employee that worked sports and goods section 6-23-24 was readily available to assist us with getting a fishing license. She was very professional. Unfortunately I forgot her name but she was patient and answered all of our questions, making the process of getting a license smooth. Best experience so far. Thank you so much!

There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! You literally have to do everything yourself. Only 2 checkouts at any given time and self checkout is always very long. This store is awful!!! They NEED NEW MANAGEMENT!!! Go to HEB instead!!

I got cash back from self service. I needed to break a twenty, and went and stood in line for a long while to be told by cashier and manager they couldnt break it. I told them thank you for your outstanding customer service I just bought a 600 70 inch lg tv in the back of your store. Needless to say they didnt care. Heb in cibolo sure did break my twenty without any hesitation. They got you beat 100 percent customer service.
