“I noticed a nail in my tire on Sat and was able to call to be seen as walk-in. They were able to get it fixed. After speaking with Jason, the manager on duty, he was able to get me scheduled for an alignment for my Mega Cab Ram, which is always hard to find a shop to get done.”

“I don’t usually post reviews, but I felt the need to write about my experience with these guys because rarely do I get such a pain-free experience like this. First off, the customer service is absolutely top-notch. Everyone I talked to throughout my process were absolutely awesome. Steve handled most of the communication and did a fantastic job explaining everything in a manner that was easy to understand but also detailed enough for me to feel comfortable with what I was getting done and what I was paying for. Everyone I talked to were not only helpful but friendly and made this one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a vehicle. They go above and beyond without even batting an eye. Thank you guys so much for not only the quality of work you do, but how you go about doing it.

“This place is amazing! They helped me out with a nail in my tire. After going to Discount Tire to fix my tire they told me it need to be replaced and they could not plug or path the tire based on location. They wanted me to spend $220 on a new tire with their discount. I left to shop around, to get a second opinion. Once I arrived to Alfanso Tire Shop and showed them the tire, they said they could fix it. They briefly went over the pros and cons with me, then I asked him what would he do? Long story short based on his recommendation I had to only pay $10 to get the tire it plugged. I want to say, stop by this shop first before going anywhere else. Im sure you wouldn't be disappointed. Thanks Alfonso Tire Shop, You have a customer for life.”
“This will be our go to auto shop for as long as it possibly can be. We took our vehicle there for the first time this week. Brian gave us a run down of everything that could be done and then detailed the more immediate needs. They had the car fixed up ahead of schedule and went above and beyond to make sure our tires were safe for an upcoming trip. They even put together a bag of snacks for my two kids for the road trip! “I made an appointment for Saturday morning at 9:45. Arrived about 9:30 and was met at my vehicle. May have had some cancellations because I was out around 10:00 having replaced all 4 tires. Great service from everyone!”
“I had a great experience with this shop when I needed 4 tires and a brake job on a Saturday. They called around for the tires and gave me options and fixed up my car at a reasonable price. I also needed an alignment which they arranged for me to have at their Schertz shop the following week because a specialist was located there. They kept in communication with me the whole time. This all happened after I had taken my car to the dealership the day before; the dealership took half the day to send me a video of the problem and never sent an estimate at all despite repeated requests. So I was relieved to find C&C - honest people who do good work at a fair price.”
“Went in tonight to upgrade the tires on my trailer. There was a lot going on but between Robert, Jakob, and Paxton they took great care of me. I'm not really a fan of corporate locations like this but when I do have to use them Jakob always takes great care of us. Even today he was working with me great on the phone before he knew it was a repeat customer. He found the tires I needed at other locations and got them to this location within a couple hours.”
“Go to Palacios! I sat at Victors on 35 and waited but they never opened. Went to Palacios and met Mario who took care of me immediately. My tire didn’t have the nail after all but he checked it anyway to see if it was losing air, ended up putting some air anyway and sent me back on the road. I’ll be back to see them if I have tire issues. Thank you, Mario!”

“Amazing customer service. One of our tires blew out on the highway and we had it towed to the closest Discount Tires. John was absolutely fabulous and honest in guiding us to get the correct tires for our car. He told us we were very lucky as our tires were from 2012 and even though the tread was still good, the tires were done. We ended up needing four new ones. Highly recommend this place if you need new tires. Everyone was very welcoming even though they were extremely busy. “My husband is currently deployed and his truck needed tires. He ordered his tires online and so we set up an appointment to get them put on. I arrive before my appointment although they were a little busy I had 3 gentlemen come up to check me in! Super nice guys! I ended up with Lucas who was super sweet and very helpful. Come to find out my husband ordered smaller tires... so I was in panic mode and in tears feeling very embarrassed. Lucas assured that it was going to be okay and they will figure out a solution! He got his co worker Jacob over to tell him what's going and that my husband is currently deployed and he was the one who ordered the tires. Jacob came up with a solution with better tires for the truck! They both put my mind at ease as I couldn't get my husband on the phone to see what he wanted to do. So thank you to Lucas and Jacob for being so honest, sweet, and helpful and patient with me! Plus they got the truck right in and out very quickly! As with the NB location I got very good service in Schertz. They were fast and efficient and the price was reasonable. Much appreciated!”
