They got me in right away and was friendly. I took my vehicle there to have my AC checked because it stopped blowing cold air. They charged me $750 to replace schrader valves and overcharged me for Freon ($180 per 8 ounce can of Freon x2). I called the exact O’Reilly they use to purchase their Freon and was told they sell it to them for around $35 per 8 ounce can. My AC blew cold air for maybe an hour and I confronted owner of the overcharge of Freon and he could not give me a good answer. I asked him why did he not fix my issue since they are the experts and he said that is just a chance you take. He gave me another excessive quote on additional work which not sure why he didn’t suggest it in the first place, but glad he did not before I went somewhere else who charged me $700 less for same work. Lack of competence and honesty.

I really took time to think about how to write this. As my experience wasn’t “Great” due to circumstance BUT, I absolutely respect this place and their business. Due to an honest miscommunication on both parts, from my perspective, I had felt I was wronged. Like a good adult, I had some honest dialogue with the owner, who was incredibly respectful the entire time. Standing by his word and understanding at that moment, we agreed to disagree. At no point in time was he rude or disrespectful. He was upfront about the cost of the work to even figure out what was wrong. When they tried to charge me for the new fluid, he without any hesitation discounted that, explaining they put new fluid in there. He never moved on price, but I believe he was telling the truth, as I later found out, that was a reasonable price he gave me. I can’t speak on his work unfortunately as I didn’t really get anything done. I can however speak on his character, and he is a blunt, honest, and generous man. I am grateful for the experience, sorry I didn’t get a chance to get work done there, but promising to be a future customer with any future work. I would give this business 10/10 do recommend! I wish them well and respect this man a ton!

STR provided a complimentary verification of a suspected rear main oil leak on my truck before scheduling me for the repair. After the diagnostic, they were very professional, transparent and there was zero pressure to go through with the repair. I ended up holding off on the repair due to my own scheduling conflicts (would require 3-days without a vehicle), but I had a fantastic experience when I finally was able to go through with it. 10/10 would recommend!

Owner is honest and fair. Went out of his way to go to bat against the warranty company that was trying to deny the claim. Great people doing honest work.

This man saved me several thousand dollars, took a quote for some serious work I needed done given to me by a competitor and he pointed out every penny they tried to overcharge me for, got it done quick, was very friendly and shared a ton of useful information.

I took my car here to get fixed. Garen and Derek were really cool and very nice guys. I love supporting small businesses. They even fixed my bumper to my surprise. I highly recommend going here they offer free diagnosis. I hope I don’t have to come here again.. lol .. but if I have to, I would. Fair prices as well ???

These guys are awesome. They know what they are doing AND they are honest and keep their word. (What a winning combination). STR saved me $ 1,000 on a automatic transmission job compared to what I was being quoted elsewhere. Super-glad I found them and called their number.

What a great experience. Not your "namebrand" auto shop but rather a local place. The guys took the time to listen to our concerns. Gave us multiple options to repairing our Ford Escape's transmission. They connected us with an affordable tow company that got my wife car to the shop. They worked with us throughout the entire process and gave us feedback. After we got the car back from them, they had us bring it back after a week so that they could QA their work and make sure nothing creeped up.
