They canceled my grooming appointments because their AC went out. I went to reschedule and they put a block saying I missed my appointments. This is ridiculous. I will be taking my 4 dog elsewhere now. This store is going downhill fast. Nothing I use is ever in stock either. Do better. Pet Smart and Polly’s Pets is now my go to.

My family and I have been to the Petco in Cibolo multiple times in this last month or so. They’ve been very friendly and helpful. My kids are very interested in fish at the moment! They let us know about their guarantees and also price matching of their website which saved us a chunk of change on filters. I’m very thankful for the thoroughness and friendliness. We will definitely continue to shop there.

I recently visited Petco, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to help with any questions I had. Their expertise and genuine love for animals were evident, making me feel confident in their recommendations.
The store was well-stocked with a wide variety of merchandise, from high-quality pet food to an extensive range of toys and accessories. I was particularly impressed with the selection of specialty items and the availability of top brands, ensuring I could find exactly what I needed for my pets.
Petco also offers excellent services, including grooming and pet training. The grooming team did a fantastic job with my dog, and the trainer provided invaluable tips that have already made a noticeable difference.
Overall, Petco is a one-stop shop for all pet needs, with exceptional service and a friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend it to any pet owner!

Very humble and helping staff i was sold a bearded dragon with a broken tail but i was unfamiliar with the issue as im inexperienced i then took it to the vet paid the bill jus for them to tell me that the baby beardie was injured and had lost sensation half way up its tail and had developed tail rot as i could not afford the amputation i returned it for another one the feeling jus wasn’t the same as id grown attached to the previous beardie the next day the vet called me and told me the bill was significantly lowered so i went back to try and get my old beardie they told me as long as i wasn’t the leading cause i could get it back when it was up to health so i gave them my number and waited a week and a half i then called back today jus for im assuming the lead manager to blame me for the injury even though i only had the beardie for 3 days and the injury was weeks old told to me by a vet and that i was have to be put on standby while they consider it amongst eachother and that when she gave it to me it was perfectly fine end of the story i get it right it’s a business and yall have to cover yourselves but if i wasn’t passionate about the beardie i wouldn’t have taken it to the vet i wouldn’t have paid the bill and i wouldn’t have dropped a grand setting his new home up and i wouldn’t be going to this length to try and get it back some feedback would be great.

Online says that they have walk-ins for nail trimmings. I walk in and they tell me they don't do walk-ins. horrible customer service at the grooming salon
