Much better than the help I been getting at AutoZone recently. Most the people seem to be knowledgeable. Needed a bulb changed and AutoZone wouldn't do it. Took it here and they got me all set and ready on my Tacoma

Went to get my Halogen headlight bulb replaced, The “men” working didn’t want to switch it . They talked about it being a long process which was a lie, they were just being lazy .

Christian greeted me at the door. Explained that we're on a road trip from Kansas City he happily grabbed a battery tester and computer device. Christian quickly diagnosed our van's issue and my worry faded. The O'Reilly's store had everything I needed in stock. Christian lent me a tool and I got to work fixing the issue. I returned the tools and thanked him, expressing my thanks with a couple of PayDay candy bars. His solution took away my stress and made our ride far more enjoyable.

I really recommend using this place for your automotive needs. Christian, at this location in Cibolo, was able to provide excellent service on my vehicle and gave me information needed to make an informed decision about my car trouble. I was surprised and refreshed to see such enthusiam and friendliness at such an early hour in the day!
