Chris is our most trusted source for mechanical care. He is fair & honest, the best & most practical mechanic I ever known (I've known hundreds).
I wish the owners (Discount Auto, in front of K & S) would allow him to hire a 3rd mechanic, because right now, they are losing alot of business due to overwhelm. Hey, the neighborhood is tripled!

Chris is by far the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I have ever met. Does it right the first time and doesn't try and do stuff that doesn't need to be done. Highly recommended to anyone.

K&S Automotive was able to work very quickly on replacing the idler arm and pittman arm same day!!! I was able to schedule this ahead of time, well in advance and was even prepared not to have my vehicle for several days. Of course, the good repair shops are always extremely busy, but I have been very pleased with the timing and the customer service, despite how busy they can get. Highly recommend!

Once I was able to take my car in, they quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and replaced the water pump and tension arm within a few hours. Got it right the first time. Thanks a lot!

They are the most reasonable mechanic shop I ever been to Chris and his partner at the Shop are awesome guys I would recommend anybody to go to them they also worked on my mom's car as well but my neighbor told me about the guys his name is Raymond de la Garza his mom has been going there for years but that is the best automotive place I have ever been to since I've been in San Antonio out of the 20 years I put your name in there
